3D Design

Product engineers make the 3D model design according to your idea

Prototyping

After confirming the 3D model, Some complex products will make prototypes to verify the assembly and function

Mold Design

After verifying the prototype, our mold engineer will do DFM report, Mold Flow and the mold design

Mold Making

After the 3D design of the mold confirmed, the injection mold maker will starts the injection mold making

Product Produce

After injection mold making is finished, we will send the test samples to the customer for confirmation, and then start the mass production

Processing

After mass production, Will do post-processing including logo printing, painting, plating, laser engraving, ultrasonic welding etc

Assembly

Some products require assembly and packaging services according to customer requirements

1, Great Support-The staff you interface with are experienced and certified in their English language skills. We have more than 15 English speakers and 7 experienced engineers (some of them can also speak English), which could make sure fluent communication and offer feasible design solutions.

 

2,  Stable Supply Capacity-We have our factories in Guangdong Province, In 2020, COVID-19 spread globally and China was also greatly affected. To not affect the project’s production schedule, we started to set up sub-factories in Jiangsu and Zhejiang.

 

3, Strong Production Capacity-Now total we have an injection mold-making shop in-house, and 31 sets of injection machines which 6 sets are in the dust-free room(M7 Class), assembly room, and logo printing room. The largest 650T machine could produce product weights up to 2000g.

 

4, Quality Guarantee-We definitely also have many certificates: TUV, ISO9001 (quality system certification), TS16949 (certification for auto parts making), and ISO14001 (certification for showing not harming the environment during the whole custom injection molding process).

FAQ

Q1. Are you a factory or trade company?
A: We are both, we have our own factory and we can export by ourselves.


Q2. What kind of payment do you accept?
A: Trade assurance, T/T, L/C, and Weston Union are all accepted.


Q3. What is the normal lead time? 
A: Average 15-25 days for tooling, bulk orders should be depends on quantity.


Q4. What is your standard package?
A: In general we use ziplock bags or bubble files plus cardboard boxes, wooden pallets or wooden cases will be used if necessary,  A special packing method is available if needed.


Q5. What is the working life of the mold?
A: It depends on the parts we made. Besides, we will maintain or replace the mold ourselves.
